You will receive your order in approximately 3-5 business days from when you place your order.
Our warehouses will operate as normal. However, orders placed after December 24th may be subject to delivery delay due to increased shipping volume.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders. The courier, UPS, delivers Monday to Friday during working hours. Please note that orders are not shipped nor delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and on national holidays.
Make sure you enter an address where there is someone to accept the parcel at delivery. If you choose to ship to a work address, please make sure you specify the name on the doorbell or the company information in C/O field.
We’ll send you the Tracking Number for your parcel so you may follow the progress in real time. If you’re registered, you can find the tracking details also in the My Orders section.

If no-one is home when the courier attempts delivery, the courier will inform you by leaving a note with a contact number.
According to the delivery address, UPS may either try delivering the order again the next day or leave it at a designated drop-off point. We invite you to check the Tracking number for your order, either on or directly in your account, to see the real time updates.
If the order is not collected within the times indicated by the courier, the products will be returned to our own warehouse and we will refund you the price of the products.
